Privacy and KVKK Notice

1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

When you fill in the demo or contact form, the following data is processed:

• Identity and contact: full name, company name, email, phone, country/city
• Request details: solution of interest, company type, number of employees, your current system / needs
• Transaction security: IP address, form submission time, the page and language it was submitted from
• Analytics (only if you consent): page views and device information (Google Analytics)

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Your data is processed to respond to your demo and information requests, contact you and carry out the quotation process under KVKK art. 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion of a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest); to prevent misuse of the form and ensure information security on the basis of legitimate interest; and for website analytics on the basis of your explicit consent.

4. Transfers

Form data is processed on the servers of our hosting and email service provider so that it can be delivered by email. If you consent to analytics cookies, usage data is transferred to Google LLC (Google Analytics); this constitutes a transfer abroad and is based on your explicit consent. Apart from this, your data is not shared with or sold to third parties.

5. Retention period

Request data is kept for as long as needed to respond to your request and for the duration of any resulting business relationship, and in any case for no more than 2 years from the request; it is then deleted or anonymized. Security logs are kept for no more than 30 days.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the parties to whom it is transferred, to request its correction if incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or destruction, to object, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage. You can send your requests to the email address above; they will be answered within 30 days at the latest.

7. Cookie policy

Our site does not use any cookies that are not strictly necessary for its operation without your consent. Your language and cookie preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_*) are loaded only if you choose "Accept". You can change your preference at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page; when you withdraw consent, analytics cookies are deleted.

8. Visitors from the European Union

If you visit from the European Union, your personal data is also protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In addition to the rights above, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object; you can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time. You can send requests to the email address above and you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
