Which package?
Which package should I start with?
If you are a small or medium-sized workshop or a dealer, XERP 3D on its own is enough: 3D design, pricing, quotes, BOM, cut lists and technical drawings. If you also want workstation-based production planning, shop-floor tablets, shipping, purchasing and finance in one system, add TCRK XERP; together they form One Chain.
Can XERP 3D calculate prices on its own?
Yes. Prices are calculated from your own price catalogs uploaded to XERP 3D, based on sizes and options — no ERP needed.
Does XERP 3D produce a BOM and cut list on its own?
Yes. A multi-level BOM and an optimized cut list are generated automatically from the drawing and the answers, and can be downloaded as Excel or PDF.
Can I get technical drawings from XERP 3D?
Yes. You get an A3 technical drawing of the scene with your company title block, as PDF and DXF.
Can I start with XERP 3D and move to TCRK XERP later?
Yes. Start with XERP 3D and add TCRK XERP when you grow; when the two run together they form One Chain from drawing to shipment.

What does CRK Yazılım do?
CRK Yazılım develops two products for manufacturers of pergolas, bioclimatic pergolas, glass systems and awnings: the 3D product configurator XERP 3D and the end-to-end manufacturing ERP TCRK XERP.
What is the difference between XERP 3D and TCRK XERP?
XERP 3D covers sales and design: 3D drawing, presentation, rendering, AR and quoting. TCRK XERP covers production and management: order approval, BOM, planning, shop floor, shipping, purchasing, finance and HR. Working together, they form One Chain from drawing to shipment.
Which companies is it suitable for?
It is designed for manufacturers of made-to-measure systems such as bioclimatic pergolas, aluminum pergolas, guillotine and sliding glass, zip screens and awnings, and for their dealer networks.
Which languages are supported?
The interface of both products is available in Turkish, English and Spanish; new languages can be added. In XERP 3D, the quote PDF language is chosen separately for each quote.

What is a 3D configurator for pergola manufacturers?
A 3D configurator is software that instantly builds and prices the pergola in three dimensions based on the customer's size and option choices. XERP 3D does this with parametric product definitions, photorealistic presentations, AR and instant quotes.
Can XERP 3D produce photorealistic renders?
Yes. The "Render" feature in presentation mode uses path tracing to produce photorealistic images in Draft, Standard and High quality and saves them to the project gallery.
Does presentation mode work on tablets?
Yes. Presentation mode works on 10–13 inch tablets in landscape and portrait; you can present to the customer from a tablet during a site visit.
Can the customer see the pergola in augmented reality?
Yes. With Quick Look on iPhone and iPad and WebXR on Android, the pergola is placed at true scale in the customer's space; no app installation is needed.
Can side products such as glass and zip screens be drawn?
Yes. Side products are placed in the pergola's openings and fit the dimensions automatically; closures can be added between multiple products.
Can I use my own profiles and parts?
Yes. You upload DXF or GLB profile sections and GLB/GLTF and STEP parts, and design your products parametrically with these parts.
TCRK XERP and production
Why is a pergola ERP different from a generic ERP?
Pergolas are made to measure; every order has a different BOM, cutting dimensions and production time. TCRK XERP manages this variability automatically with product questions, formula-driven BOMs, cutting optimization and free workstation routing.
Is the bill of materials (BOM) generated automatically?
Yes. When an order is approved, the multi-level BOM runs automatically with the product answers; material requirements, the cut list and the workstation routing are written into the manufacturing project.
Is the number of workstations limited?
No. You can create unlimited workstations and define your own routing and duration algorithm for each product.
Do we need paper work orders on the shop floor?
No. Work orders land on workstation-specific tablet screens; actual durations are tracked with start, break, downtime and finish records.
Integration and pricing
How is the price calculated automatically from the drawing?
Product answers in XERP 3D are matched with the price catalogs, parameters and price formulas in TCRK XERP; the price is written into the quote instantly.
How is an order transferred to manufacturing?
When a quote completes its approval stages and becomes an order, a manufacturing project and automatic BOM are created with the answers from the drawing; the project is ready for technical review and planning.
Can I buy the products separately?
Yes. XERP 3D and TCRK XERP can work independently; when combined later, the chain is completed on the same product and customer definitions.
Setup and support
Does the software run in the cloud or on our own server?
Both products are web-based and run as a dedicated installation for your company with a separate database; they can be installed on your own server or in the environment you prefer.
Can we import our existing data?
Yes. You can preview and import stock, customer and other data from SQL Server databases and Excel files using mapping plans.
